The Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI) has administrative offices in Richmond, regional offices in six locations across the state, a library and resource center, and a rehabilitation center. Virginia Industries for the Blind (VIB), the enterprise division of DBVI, includes two manufacturing plants, nine stores, and four service locations.
