Office Procedures - Forms and Office Tasks

Section 12I of this chapter is comprised of forms, miscellaneous letters, etc. The forms used extensively by VR are divided into three sections as follows:

  1. DBVI-04-Series
  2. DBVI-70-Series
  3. Miscellaneous

The forms, miscellaneous letters, etc., comprising the three section are also in this manual. Whenever a request is made for copies to be made from the third section at headquarters, please remember to send a copy of the form/letter with the request.

Below is a listing of the three sections (DBVI-04-Series; DBVI-70-Series; and Forms, Miscellaneous Letters, etc.) and are filed sequentially in the three series listed below:
